Polymers in Electronics - The IeMRC was well represented at the First International Polymers in Electronics Conference organised by RAPRA, held on 30th and 31st January 2007 in Munich, Germany. Martin Goosey gave the first of six papers in a session on polymers in substrates, assembly and reliability.
